My Friends and myself were supposed to come for summer 2020 but due to the pandemic everything had to be canceled. The owner were not professionnal enough to refund us the price. I will not recommend this place. This is not how you treat clients. We knew long before that it would not be possible to come but they chose to keep our money and not answer to our emails. Never again.
Very disappointed by the service. Due to the covid situation, I had to cancel my journey several months ago and the refund was not a possible solution for them. They only proposed a voucher. We used it and rescheduled a new date but then the pandemic situation had not improved. So we had to cancel again... I emailed them several times in order to find another solution and they never responded. I think this is disrespectful and not professional from them.
Busy campsite, great staff with good communication (great English). Lovely campsite with lots of things to do for younger people; including a swimming lake, bouncy inflatable trampoline and a swimming pool.
They refuse to refund my friends and I after the pandemic hit even if Belgium doesn't allow us to go outside of the country.
Very disappointed. We lost 87€ each.
